By using 66License.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase or using our services.
1. General
66License.com is an independent provider of licenses for server-related products such as cPanel, DirectAdmin, CloudLinux, Imunify360, JetBackup, LiteSpeed, Plesk, WHMCS, Virtualizor, and more. We are an independent entity and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any software vendor.
All licenses purchased through us are provisioned and verified by our own systems. Software updates for licensed products are obtained directly from the official vendor repositories.
2. License Purchases
- 2.1 All license purchases are final and non-refundable. The cost of each license is deducted from our backend immediately upon order placement.
- 2.2 Licenses are provided for legitimate use only. Any use of our licenses for illegal, malicious, or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate services and pursue appropriate action against any misuse.
- 2.3 Our license verification and provisioning methods are proprietary and constitute confidential business information (trade secrets). These methods will not be disclosed publicly.
3. Wallet and Credits
- 3.1 Funds added to your account wallet are non-transferable and non-refundable to external payment methods.
- 3.2 Wallet credits can only be used for purchases within the platform.
- 3.3 Deposit bonuses, if any, will be reversed if the original deposit is disputed or charged back.
4. Auto-Renewal
- 4.1 Licenses with auto-renewal enabled will automatically renew from your wallet balance on the renewal date.
- 4.2 You may disable auto-renewal at any time from your account dashboard.
- 4.3 If your wallet has insufficient funds at renewal time and auto-renewal is enabled, the license will enter a 3-day grace period before suspension.
5. Support
- 5.1 We provide support exclusively for the products and licenses purchased from us. We do not provide support for operating systems, third-party software, or general server administration unless a separate server management service has been purchased.
- 5.2 Support requests must be submitted via platform tickets. We aim to respond within 2 to 48 working hours depending on request volume and complexity.
- 5.3 We will not access or create any cloud provider or datacenter panel logins (including but not limited to AWS, Google Cloud, Hetzner, Contabo, or Alibaba Cloud). Customers must provide SSH access for license installation.
6. Account Management
- 6.1 Customers are responsible for managing their own servers. We do not manage customer servers unless a server management service has been separately purchased.
- 6.2 Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of their data. We are not liable for any data loss.
7. Cancellation Process
- 7.1 Cancellation requests must be submitted through your account dashboard by locating the service under your active services and selecting the cancellation option.
- 7.2 Cancellations via email, chat, or any method other than the account dashboard will not be accepted for security and verification purposes.
8. Confidentiality
- 8.1 We respect the confidentiality of our customers' information and data. We do not share or sell customer information to third parties.
- 8.2 Our license provisioning methods, backend systems, and operational processes are trade secrets. Customers agree not to reverse-engineer, disclose, or attempt to discover our methods.
9. Termination Policy
- 9.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms and conditions.
- 9.2 Services may be terminated if a customer is found to be using licenses for illegal purposes, engaging in fraud, or initiating unjustified chargebacks.
- 9.3 Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of their data. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from service termination.
10. Late Fees
A late fee of 10% will be added to all overdue services. Once applied, late fees cannot be waived or removed.
11. Limitation of Liability
66License.com provides licenses on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding uptime or availability of third-party software. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question during the preceding 30 days.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
