Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase on 66License.com.

1. License Purchases

All license purchases are non-refundable. When a license order is placed, the cost is immediately deducted from our backend provider. This cost cannot be recovered, and therefore we cannot offer refunds on license purchases under any circumstances.

2. Wallet Credits

  • 2.1 Wallet credits are refundable to your wallet balance only. They cannot be refunded to external payment methods (credit card, PayPal, cryptocurrency, or bank transfer).
  • 2.2 Wallet credits can be used for any future purchase on the platform.
  • 2.3 Wallet deposit bonuses will be reversed immediately if the original deposit is disputed or charged back.

3. Cryptocurrency Payments

All cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable. Blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature. Once a cryptocurrency payment has been confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

  • 4.1 Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting our support team will result in immediate account suspension.
  • 4.2 All active licenses under the disputed account will be terminated.
  • 4.3 The account will remain suspended until the dispute is resolved and any associated fees are paid.
  • 4.4 Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account termination.

5. Renewal Grace Period

  • 5.1 A 3-day grace period is provided after a license renewal date. During this period, the license remains active to allow time for payment.
  • 5.2 If payment is not received within the 3-day grace period, the license will be suspended.
  • 5.3 Suspended licenses can be reactivated by making the overdue payment. Licenses suspended for more than 30 days may be permanently terminated.

6. Service Credits

In the event of a prolonged service outage caused by our systems (not third-party vendors), we may, at our sole discretion, issue service credits to affected customers. Service credits are applied to your wallet balance and cannot be converted to cash.
